Delivery Policy

Delivery within Singapore

We offer LOCAL shipping by our courier service partners. All orders will be processed for courier pick-up once payment has been made and verified. Your orders will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.

Alcohol sales are restricted in Singapore only. Only adults (18 years old and above) are allowed to purchase alcohol.

Shipping outside Singapore

We are able to ship worldwide orders via our courier service providers. A parcel tracking number for will be sent to your email once your parcel is ready for pick up.

Orders will be prepared for pick up within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless the shipping fee quoted by our courier service provider exceeds the paid amount - upon which you will be notified as soon as possible.

We will not be responsible for items lost in transit after it has been picked up by the courier. Kindly contact the courier service provider or refer to the tracking number provided to keep track of your parcel.
